What do our elected officials say about eminent domain?

Old Congressional Districts and Precinct Links

The Attorney General has issued an opinion that petition signers must list their Congressional District as it was before the last congressional redistricting 10 years ago. Strange as that seems, because signatures must be obtained in minimum amounts (20%) from each old district, and because this may be confusing, but necessary, the following is a map showing the districts as they existed when the initiative law was enacted in 1992. A link to precincts follows.

If you have trouble with this, use these maps and charts and if this does not help you, just leave them blank and MFBF will have it accurately filled in for you, which the Secretary of State says is permissible. You may also call the toll-free number for Petition Assistance.
